0165: licensor observed plastic bags accessible to the children in the following classroom areas: bag length in some of the classrooms are as long as the length of the trash can. pre-1 has a plastic bag in the children's cubby at the entryway. PreK 2: Next to the children's individual cubby sitting on top of a box behind the trash can. Pre-k: underneath a sink in the main classroom. 0165(3,c): licensor observed a broken plastic blue bin the preschool 1 classroom that has a sharp edge. 0165(3,d): licensor observed a fridge in the toddler classroom on the ground and at children's level without a lock and staff store coffee and energy drinks accessible to children. 0165 (3,f): licensor observed a shelving unit in the pre-k classroom not secured or bolted to the wall. 0165(3,g): licensor observed one of the sinks that children use for handwashing in the pre-k classroom with rust on it.
